Seven on Seventh

The KEITH Team is working with Green Mills Group for the The Broward Partnership Homeless Initiative’s Seven on Seventh project in Fort Lauderdale. The 8-story mixed-use building boasts 72 residential units, ground level commercial space and 4 levels of structures parking. At KEITH, we are proud to be a part of this dynamic project that will provide positive solutions for the future of our Broward community.

KEITH is providing survey services, subsurface utility engineering, traffic engineering, planning services, landscape architecture, civil engineering, and construction management.
