KEITH and Public Storage have been partnered since 2017 with a “concept to keys” approach. KEITH serves as a full-service development partner, providing a full suite of in-house services including civil engineering, surveying, subsurface utility engineering (SUE), due diligence, planning, landscape architecture, traffic engineering, and construction management. KEITH has worked on over 15 Public Storage facilities, all of which are redevelopments of existing Public Storage sites that have been transformed into new multi-story facilities in Miami, Davie, Fort Lauderdale, Pompano, Boca Raton, West Palm Beach, Lake Worth, Port St. Lucie, and Fort Pierce totaling 1,215,761 square feet.
