Description
KEITH provided engineering and surveying services for the renovations to this public golf course in Pompano Beach. KEITH prepared and submitted and processed permit applications for the construction of the remodeled golf course. This project required an Environmental Resource Permit (ERP) and a Surface Water Manganese (SWM) Licenses through Broward County Environmental Protection Department Growth Management (BCEPDGM) and the City of Pompano Beach. In addition, KEITH prepared a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan for the project that met the requirements of the regulatory agencies and contractor’s use in processing the required “Generic Permit for Stormwater Discharge from Large and Small Construction Activities (CGP)” through FDEP.
