Description
KEITH was ranked number one in City of Pompano Parks GO Bond RFP and was awarded three (3) projects including Centennial Park, Youth Sports Complex, and North Pompano Park. Each project is unique in its own way, ranging from programing that includes sports fields, restroom facilities, and high-end banquet facilities. The parks also include signage, wayfinding, lighting site furniture, as well as the associated parking and required infrastructure. KEITH was the lead consultant on these projects, now under construction, providing full services including surveying, subsurface utility engineering (SUE), planning, civil engineering, and landscape architecture. KEITH was also responsible for leading public meetings and building consensus among the neighborhood and community. KEITH developed photo-realistic renderings and presentations to assist in community approval.
