Description
KEITH, under our continuing services contract with Palm Beach State College (PBSC), is providing a review of all existing stormwater concerns including stormwater ponding at the existing drive aisles, pedestrian walkways/sidewalks, and landscape area adjacent to the administration building entranceway. KEITH recommended three different options for drainage improvements that would improve upon the existing ponding and flooding the site currently experiences. KEITH recommended two (2) solutions that would address the ADA cross slope issues and replacement of an existing sidewalk to meet ADA code, as well as proposed landscape design around existing ramps.
