Description
KEITH provided comprehensive design, permitting, bid, and construction phase services associated with site improvements at Everglades Holiday Park. The improvements included renovation, and reconstruction of boat docks, boat ramps, parking, ancillary buildings, limited utility infrastructure, and other minor park related amenities and improvements. This project included LEED Green design principles. Project phases included conceptual master plan design, schematic design, design development, bidding assistance, and construction observation services. Challenges the KEITH Team overcame for this project included maintaining park operations and park guests safety, while phasing the construction of the new improvements. KEITH was the prime for this project and managed the architect, structural engineer, and dock system designer.
