Description
KEITH provided direct administrative support to Broward County Project Manager and provided Owner’s Representative services for the design and construction phases of the project. KEITH was responsible for the project document control system, supporting public relations activities, and coordination during the performance of the CPM services through construction. During the pre-construction phase, KEITH was tasked with phasing, assisting County staff by providing cost estimating, constructability review, value engineering, scheduling, LEED program management, review invoices, and monitor the schedule. KEITH was responsible for inspection, reviewing, monitoring, and reporting from the start of construction through completion and warranty, as well as oversight of construction.
