Description

The school is looking for ways to update the existing gathering spaces on campus and to comply with COVID guidelines for outdoor seating. The area was regraded and the plaza was designed to provide an improved gathering space for the west entrance. This project will be used as a model for future improvements throughout the campus.

KEITH is providing surveying, civil engineering, and landscape architecture services to address existing drainage issues and to provide more seating in the arrival area between buildings 48 and 49. Schematic and construction plans were developed to address the drainage and seating requirements, as well as beautify the area.
